Why CR?

There are 3 basic features that characterize all of our bicycles:

• Efficiency: A bicycle is first and foremost a functional thing, its most important function is to ride fast and efficiently. Contrary to a lot of recumbent designs that put esthetics before function, the primary guiding principle has always been a stiff and efficient drivetrain when designing our frames. • Elegancy: An efficient powertrain is matched with good looks. Besides making our frames as stiff as possible, modern composite materials also provide an elegant appearance to our bikes.
  
  

• Simplicity: Quite sadly nowadays this is an all too often forgotten virtue. So as our bicycles would carry on functioning reliably even in the most extreme conditions we needed not just a perfect choice of material but also an uncomplicated, clean design, manufacturing procedure and reliable components.

What further advantages are we offering with CR?

• Customability: the distance to the pedals, the seat angle, the handlebar height and angle can all be adjusted to achieve the perfect riding position. You can also swap the front fork to amend the drive position. In general a lower BB height results in a more ergonomic body posture, while a higher foot position helps reduce air drag. • New materials: besides thermosets we also use thermoplastics in our bicycle.

• Carbon fibre frameset for the price of an alumium recumbent bike.
